Table Size
TThe tables areas will be 2ft x 6ft. You are welcome to bring table display, software demos, Service Briefs, giveaways, etc.
Table Staffing/font>
A maximum of 2 people may man your booth. Any other attendees must be part
of the audience. Please be respectful of your competitors, as they should you.
• 2 staffing your booth
• 1 Subject Matter Expert for the Round Table discussion
(if you are interested in hosting one)
• 1 Shoot-out Presenter (if you have
been assigned a speaking slot.)

We will be providing name Tags for the event, and will have different colors
for:

• Vendors Sponsoring the Event
• Vendors facilitating a Shoot-Out
