Floor Layout
The Presentation hall will be similar to last year.
Facilities available at Cobb
TThe Vendor hall layout will be significantly different.
Presentation will be held in the main hall, Hall E. The Vendor tables will be arranged in an “S’ shape in Hall C & D. The refreshments will be in-between the Vendor booths as requested last year.
The presentation layout is proposed to be the same. Breakfast and lunch will be served in hall E.
The Vendor areas will be set up in halls A and B
The beverage location will result in catering traffic while the presentation
sessions etc are on. We will request that the noise level be kept to a
minimum./p>
