This is a Vendor day, and like 2007, we propose to open the floor for the Vendors to keep in touch with and demonstrate why you are a go to partner in the Service Management space.
Welcome Bags
We will be handing out practitioner folders to all of the attendees. Our preference is to hand these out in the form of a bag and are inviting any vendors who would like to provide bags with their name on to sponsor these. Please contact us for information regarding these. We are planning on 300 attendees.

Contact Details
We will ensure that you have access to gather contact details, either through personalized cards or a scanning system we are currently investiagting.
You will have access to about 200 attendees, 70% of them will be practitioners
Logo Publication
We will publish your logo on the site with a link directly to your site

Feedback we have got from the Shootout is that the folk being spoken to are generating real business. There is real value, real follow on opportunities.
Event Visibility
We will publish one of your slides through all of the presentation dead slots. That is during breakfast, vendor booth open windows, breaks, lunch, prize giving, etc.
Attendee Retention through the day
We have been able to retain up to 70% of the registered practitioners for the full day, giving you really good access to everyone present.
